A great combo of flavors, like dark cherries, ginger, onions and teriyake.
Diet Types: 
  • 20 oz diced turkey breast
  • 1 quart dark cherries, pitted and halved
  • 1 tablespoon fresh minced ginger
  • 1/8 cup rice vinegar
  • 1/8 cup teriyake sauce
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 cup shredded carrots
  • 1 cup chopped green onions
  • 1/3 cup toasted slice almonds
  • Serves: 4
    Cooking Time: Under 30 minutes
    Make the dressing, then toss everything together. Tuck in a wrap w/ fresh greens and sprouts.

    Substitution idea: use diced, crystallized ginger in place of fresh. You'd probably need to double the amount. Then, delete the honey because of the sweetness of the ginger. I've done this in other recipes with good results.
